Since 2002 TMR Plastics has been producing injection moulded technical plastic parts for the automotive, telecommunications, medical, lighting, WGI and electronic industries.
We managed to build our own know-how, unique competences and experience in the field of complex and highly precise products. We supply products to global corporations, OEM companies and Tier 1 component manufacturers.

I have been working at TMR since 2003. I have passed through all positions in the production department and I am using this experience in my current position. I really appreciate the possibility of working with many people responsible for all aspects of production.
I believe that the most important thing is to respect people and live well with them, regardless of the position held in the structure. Thanks to this, I feel very comfortable here.
My cooperation with TMR Plastics began in 2019 with participation in a six-month internship program. After completing the internship, I was offered a permanent job as an employee in the accounting department. I gladly took advantage of this opportunity. I appreciate the work in the accounting department primarily for the opportunity to develop and increase my experience.
I have been working as a Project Leader for two years.
Thanks to the experience gained in TMR, I have learned to carry out feasibility analysis by myself.
I learned how to cooperate with employees of all departments, which results from the time spent on each process in the company.
TMR showed me the career path which I like and I will follow it.
I cannot imagine better company to start my professional experience and I want to develop it here for the next years.

W TMR pracuję od 2003 roku. Przeszedłem wszystkie etapy produkcji i korzystam z tego doświadczenia na bieżącym stanowisku. Bardzo cenię sobie możliwość współpracy z wieloma osobami odpowiedzialnymi za wszystkie aspekty produkcji.
Uważam, że najważniejsze to szanować ludzi i żyć z nimi dobrze niezależnie od zajmowanego w strukturze stanowiska. Dzięki temu czuję się tutaj bardzo dobrze.
Moja współpraca z firmą TMR Plastics rozpoczęła się w 2019 roku od udziału w sześciomiesięcznym programie stażowym. Po zakończeniu stażu zaoferowano mi stałe zatrudnienie na stanowisku pracownika w dziale księgowości. Chętnie skorzystałam z tej możliwości. Pracę w dziale księgowości cenię przede wszystkim za możliwość rozwoju i wzbogacania doświadczeń.
W TMR Plastics pracuję jako Specjalista HR, odpowiadając za wszystkie aspekty związane z zarządzaniem zasobami ludzkimi w firmie. Największą zaletą pracy na tym stanowisku jest jego odpowiedzialność oraz możliwość brania aktywnego udziału w prowadzonych projektach.
