The external difficulties caused by the war and increasing inflation did not stop TMR Plastics from maintaining the sales level achieved in the previous year. The company has completed and acquired many new projects, and has started the cooperation with a new tool maker. The company’s team already has plans for the next year of its operation.
“Despite the turmoil both on Polish and international markets, we achieved a success. In 2022, we recorded sales of 60.27 million PLN, which means maintaining stable revenues year-on-year. This is due to the hard work of our entire team, thanks to which we have completed 24 projects, 5 of which are transfer ones”, says Georgi Giochev, CEO at TMR Plastics.
The company from Bydgoszcz is boldly looking into the future. In 2022, it acquired 19 new projects which require the construction of 29 tools. The finalization of these tasks will be made possible because of the new production hall. It houses a machine park, which currently consists of 24 injection molding machines with a clamping force of 28 to 500 tons. In the last 2 years, the set of machinery has been expanded by 4 new devices.
“Thoughtful investments, portfolio expansion and shortening the supply chains to further increase resistance to external turbulence – these are our plans for the coming months. Last year, we took our first step by starting cooperation with Europe-based tool maker, which is a strong competitor to similar tool makers in Asia. Wa have already completed 3 projects together and another 4 are in their final stages”, recalls Ewelina Głowacka, Head of Technical and Commercial Department at TMR Plastics.
The company’s presence in Europe is being increasingly signalized. In last year, TMR Plastics was present at two important industry events: COMPAMED in Düsselforf and Elmia in Swedish Jönköping. In 2023, company plans to start cooperation with another tool maker from the Old Continent to further increase production, among others, for the medical and lighting industries.
